How long will my delivery take?


Items are dispatched from our warehouse on  the same day as long as the order is placed before 3:30pm. We offer a number of delivery options next day delivery means before 1pm (monday-friday).We will contact you by email if there are any unexpected delays.

How much is the delivery charge?

Delivery is calculated at checkout based on the delivery option you select and the weight of the product. We make no money on shipping and only charge what it costs us.

Where will you deliver?


We can deliver anywhere but we cannot be held accountable for any import  taxes your country may impose in addition shipping internationally limits the fraud checks we can carry out. To increase the chances we ship your order please use a non free email address (hotmail, yahoo) and leave a landline number. We ship on a regular basis to UK ex pats living abroad.

Who delivers my order?

Depending on which delivery service you picked Royal Mail or a courier

Please Note: All deliveries must be signed for.

Is there anyway I can have the goods delivered to an alternate address?


Yes, however if this is your first order we will need to call you and carry out additional security checks which will likely delay your order.
